    HR/Admin Officer

    • The Admin & HR Officer is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations while supporting core human resource functions. This role ensures smooth office management, effective HR processes, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow
    • Manage office supplies, assets, and vendor relationships
    • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics
    • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems (physical and digital)
    • Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment
    • Support recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
    • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
    • Maintain and update employee records with confidentiality
    • Monitor attendance, leave management, and staff welfare
    • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures
    • Handle employee queries and support basic grievance resolution
    • Coordinate training and staff development initiatives
    • Support the implementation and maintenance of the company’s QMS (e.g., ISO standards)
    • Ensure all processes and procedures are properly documented, controlled, and updated
    • Maintain document control registers and version tracking

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • 2–5 years of experience in Admin/HR role with QMS exposure
    • Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
    • Basic understanding of QMS standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
    • Experience with documentation control, or compliance is an advantage
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • High level of integrity and confidentiality

    Sales Officer

    • We are hiring a Sales & Client Relationship Officer to manage client accounts, ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups, and support smooth product delivery. The role also involves tracking sales, monitoring inventory, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

    Key Responsiblities

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain client loyalty and retention.
    • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing in coordination with the finance team.
    • Follow up on outstanding payments, minimizing the average collection period.
    • Track and report invoice payment status and escalate delays when necessary.
    • Submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports on time.
    • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
    • Monitor inventory levels and support efforts to reduce stock discrepancies and prevent stock outs.
    • Conduct a physical inventory counts and inventory accuracy improvement initiatives.
    • Generate and nurture leads through effective prospecting and client engagement

    Requirement

    • 1-3 years experience in sale
    • Bsc/HND in business administration or Marketing
    • Strong attention to detail, documentation and organizational skills
    • Good communication skills
    • Knowledge on inventory
