    Head of Operations

    Job Responsibilities

    • Lead, manage, and optimize all operational aspects of the organization.
    • Oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of operational projects and programs.
    • Develop and manage budgets, resources, and staffing for all operational functions.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by assessing and enhancing current operational processes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with strategic goals.
    • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards in all operational activities.
    • Report to the CEO and provide regular updates on operational performance and outcomes.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or related field with a minimum of 5years experience.

    Executive Assistant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
