    Head of Lending

    Job Description

    • Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven Head of Lending who will spearhead the development, execution, and growth of lending solutions within the Embedded Finance Division.
    • The role holder will leverage strategic partnerships, aggregator platforms, and innovative customer acquisition strategies to expand market reach and optimize lending operations.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Define and implement comprehensive lending strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives, ensuring set targets for our Embedded lending products (BNPL, nano loans, and merchant lending) are met
    • Oversee phased execution plans focused on growth levers such as strategic partnerships, integrations, and leveraging our existing sales and digital channels
    • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to design and launch impactful features that drive business outcomes.
    • Identify, negotiate, and onboard high-value strategic partnerships with industry-leading platforms to maximize market reach.
    • Ensure adherence to risk management frameworks, regulatory compliance, and governance standards across all lending activities.
    • Collaborate with Credit Risk and Underwriting to optimize the credit assessment process, to
    • drive efficiency and minimize risk.
    • Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    Person Specification

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA) are highly desirable
    • 8+ years proven experience in leading lending portfolios, with a strong focus on embedded finance, nano loan, and merchant lending solutions. Experience selling BNPL
    • products will be a great advantage.
    • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale partnerships and executing growth strategies in a fast-paced environment.
    • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a track record of delivering measurable results.
    • Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Managing Director

    Job Description

    • We seeking to hire a highly strategic and dedicated Managing director to join its dynamic team and contribute to its commitment to excellence.
    • The Managing Director will oversee all aspects of business operations, people management, products, and resource optimization.

    Chief Finance Officer

    Person Specification

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
    • Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent is required.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, with at least 5 years in the fintech industry.
    • Proven track record in leading finance functions in fintech businesses, preferably in lending, payments, or investment sectors.
    • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance in the financial services/fintech industry.
    • Experience with investor relations, fundraising, and capital markets.
    • Demonstrated success in managing complex financial models and forecasting in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.
