    Graphic Designer

    Job Summary

    • As a Graphical Designer you are expected to build excellent designs with good innovative and creative designs for the company.

    Job Description

    • Presenting concept visualization through sketches, drawings and illustrations.
    • Overseeing design changes and improvements throughout the development process.
    • Integrating technical and visual solutions into a design concept.
    • Understanding trends within the scope of the Real Estate industry.
    • Using graphic design and other relevant software.
    • Proficiency in Adobe systems such as Photoshop and Flash.
    • Possess an understanding of advertising campaigns.
    • Constantly studying design briefs and determine requirements.
    • Schedule projects and define budget constraints when necessary.
    • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
    • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas on graphic designs.
    • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
    • Constant use of the appropriate brand colors and layouts for graphic designs.
    • Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
    • Test graphics across various media channels for compatibility’s sake.
    • Amend designs after feedback for a perfect result.
    • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
    • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, video editors, etc.)
    • Must always ensure a keen eye for aesthetics and details when creating.
    • Constantly meeting deadlines with great attention to details.
    • Any other job functions as may be required by the Company.

    Job Specification
    You should bring the following qualifications, skills, and behaviours to the role:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Arts, Design, Communications, or good years of experience in graphic design
    • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
    • Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
    • Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
    • Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Excellent eye for detail

    • Computer fluency in Mac and Windows PC

    Investment Communication Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Investment Communication Officer works in the corporate investment arm of the organization as a team to make known to corporate bodies some of our products to our clients.

    Job Description

    • Suggest a variety of marketing and communications strategies that may include direct mail, advertising, web, email, social media, news media, special events, and other methods to sell the company’s Investment products to corporate clients.
    • Assist in planning marketing and communications strategy by identifying communications needs based on relevant research.
    • Prepare creative briefs for concept development and creative expression for Investment.
    • Benchmark marketing efforts and best practices and prepare reports to inform innovation and competitive analysis.
    • Assist with planning the implementation of event promotions.
    • Support with budgeting, and marketing expenditures monitor on investment campaigns.
    • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners on campaigns.
    • Assist with production of marketing and/or promotional communications that may include print, electronic, social media, new/emerging media, in accordance with the approved strategic marketing plan and objectives for Investment.
    • Managing the sending of newsletters, promotional emails, push notifications, social media plugs on Investment plans, etc.
    • Edit and proofread publications, including website, advertisements, articles, brochures, feature stories on investment when assigned etc.
    • Assist in delivering presentations to internal and external clients.
    • Attend and represent the Company at special events when delegated.
    • Provide specific support in the research and analysis of marketing strategy.
    • Assist in preparing investment proposals and presentations to corporate clients.
    • Assist in the generation of corporate client database for the company.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly report on activities and send to the Investment Communications Lead.

    Job Specification
    You should bring the following qualifications, skills, and behaviours to the role:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Economics or any other.
    • Good years of marketing experience in micro finance/ investment companies, real estate, insurance companies etc
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Excellent relationship management, interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
    • Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
    • Proficient use of PowerPoint for client presentation
