Responsibilities

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grant Writer to join its Grants and Partnership unit.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing compelling, fundable concepts and grant proposals aligned with the Foundation's mission and strategic priorities.
• The responsibilities of the successful candidate will include grant development and writing, funding research and opportunity mapping, collaboration and internal engagement, donor compliance and strategic contribution to the growth of the Foundation.
• The applicant must possess strong experience in writing proposals for Foundations, excellent research and analytical skills, experience working with international donor organizations, ability to work collaboratively across teams and passion for mission driven projects.
• The job is a full time on site role at the National Headquarters in Ondo.

Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced grant and program officer to support the design, fundraising, coordination, implementation and reporting of Foundation's programs and projects at the Ibadan branch.
• The responsibilities of the applicant will include program development, planning and implementation; grant development and resource mobilization; corporate sponsorship and partnership development; proposal review, compliance and reporting; stakeholder engagement and representation.
• The role is a hybrid role based in Ibadan with periodic trips for meetings, field activities and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• The applicant must possess excellent proposal writing skills, strong fundraising capacity, strong interpersonal skills, project planning skills, proficiency in Microsoft office tools.
