    Frontend Developer

    Location: Yaba, Lagos

    Job Brief

    • We are looking to hire candidates who will be responsible for designing and implementing optimal solutions to complex problems and to meet critical business needs.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Expanding and improving existing web applications
    • Developing new user-facing features using HTML, CSS, Javascript (React.js)
    • Building reusable code and libraries for future use
    • Optimizing application for maximum speed and scalability
    • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
    • Ability to perform and thrive in a team environment
    • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
    • Work closely with the Design team to implement new features
    • Independently support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support).
    • Ensure all codes are properly documented for future reference

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree 3 years working experience (or equivalent experience with multiple professional software development product teams) in Software Development with ReactJS
    • Experience working in an AGILE environment
    • Experience working with RESTful web services
    • Experience with TDD
    • Strong understanding of Front-end best practices
    • Experience with build automation
    • Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML, CSS
    • Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms
    • Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks
    • Good understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS, Vue js, ReactJS (ReactJS is preferred)
    • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
    • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

    Relationship Manager

    Responsibilities
    The candidate must be professionals in their field with the ability to:

    • Serve as the main contact person between the organization and its clients
    • Must be able to recruit new clients for the organization
    • Address and resolve client concerns and issues that may arise during the clients contract period
    • Should have good communication and presentation skills
    • Collaborate with other departments within the organization to build strategies that ensure client satisfaction
    • Have strong negotiation skills
    • Generate monthly and periodic reports of each client being managed.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years work experience.
    • Intuitive to LSL’s client needs
    • Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Have an understanding of Customer Relationship Management and project Management
    • Should be a strategic thinker and problem solver
    • A background in Science Related degrees /courses and / customer service or sales will be a plus
    • Attentive to detail and organized
    • Must be self motivated, flexible and able to multi task.

    Data Entry Officer

    Primary Responsibilities
    As Data Entry Officer your primary responsibilities shall be the following:

    • Collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information
    • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
    • Inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
    • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
    • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
    • Apply data program techniques and procedures
    • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
    • Responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date and useable information in our systems
    • Supporting corporate business plans and implementation; and to thoroughly understand company workflow processes for the development and implementation of client projects, and to communicate with all relevant Company functional units and support service delivery to customers.
    • Perform any other duties assigned to you by the General Manager Loyalty.
