    Front End Developer (Angular JS)

    Job Description

    • Delivering a complete front end application
    • Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop
    • Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS
    • Coordinating the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder, and yourself
    • Cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API
    • Communicating with external web services
    • Lead/mentor developers and share knowledge through knowledge-sharing presentations.
    • Design and develop applications to support bank operations.
    • Implement and support technology solutions to meet customer and business needs.
    • Manage enhancements and upgrades.
    • Provide user training and awareness for all applications managed.
    • Second level support for non-core banking and e-banking solutions
    • Process AutomationAnalysis of User Request for Solutions.
    • Debug newly developed applications and upgrade to existing applications to check bugs, syntax and logical error, accurate documentation and logical performance(s).
    • Carry out Unit, Functional, integration and load testing of new and upgrade to existing applications.
    • Continuous improvement on in-house applications to reduce errors and increase performance.

    Educational Qualification

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines must have completed NYSC.

    Technical Requirements

    • 5 Years Experience as a Front-End developer
    • Knowledge and hands-on experience in Fintech.
    • Proficiency with TypeScript, HTML5, CSS/SASS, Angular v5 or higher, and Ionic v3
    • Leverage the Ionic framework to develop and deploy native iOS and Android apps which will consume custom APIs and web services
    • Deep knowledge of AngularJS practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience
    • Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
    • Ensuring a clear dependency chain, in regard to the app logic as well as the file system
    • Validating user actions on the client-side and providing responsive feedback
    • Writing non-blocking code, and resorting to advanced techniques such as multithreading, when needed
    • Creating custom, general use modules and components which extend the elements and modules of core AngularJS
    • Experience with building the infrastructure for serving the front-end app and assets
    • Architecting and automating the build process for production, using task runners or scripts
    • Documenting the code inline using JSDoc or other conventions
    • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (TFS, GIT, etc.).

    Business Development Manager

    Role Summary

    • The role is responsible in actualizing the Organization’s strategic goals and build key customer relationships in the defined industry/customer segment.
    • The objective is to increase business opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization.

    Job Description

    • Identify and follow-up sales leads, pitch products and/or services to new clients in the Financial Services sector, and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
    • Ensure the growth in the business in FSI sector.
    • Seek and engage prospect organizations by positioning Company’s offerings, challenging the prospect by leading with Company experience, proposals, business cases and insight from the marketplace
    • Drive and manage the end-to-end sales process including negotiating on price, getting approvals and contract terms.
    • Engage with appropriate resources during the sales process.
    • Identify and maintain periodic summaries of key sales metrics to drive timely decision-making.
    • Maintain an awareness of the Company's current and future application products and services.
    • Manage/Support marketing events targeted to the FSI
    • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of current health market conditions to enable the achievement of market targets during the defined period.
    • Assist to manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and engaged.
    • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet company targets.
    • Understand the company’s goal and vision in order to continually enhance the company’s performance.
    • Assist in keeping costs and operations lean and efficient in all assigned activities.
    • Responsible for sales planning and forming strategic partnership with marketing, product, engineering, finance and other relevant functions.
    • Develop the client business case for solutions developed by the innovation team.
    • Drive profitable revenue to achieve volume and margin targets.
    • Write proposals and present solutions to clients
    • All other tasks that ensure the following targets are met and maintained: financial targets; customer satisfaction targets; sales targets and targets related to the strategic direction.

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline preferred, must have completed NYSC.
    • Experience and knowledge in the FSI sector.
    • Demonstrable track record of sales achievement in value based selling roles.
    • Information Technology Background/Interest
    • Minimum of 3 years’ business development experience
