    Front Desk Officer

    Description

    • Are you warm, organized, eloquent and passionate about creating excellent first impressions? Jewels Leading Lights Schoolsis seeking a Front Desk Officer to be the welcoming face and voice of our school community.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and stakeholders.
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
    • Provide accurate information and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
    • Support administrative tasks including record keeping, filing, and document management.
    • Maintain a neat and welcoming reception area that reflects the school’s values.
    • Assist in coordinating appointments, meetings, and school events.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
    • 3+ years of experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role (preferably in a school or corporate environment).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
    • A friendly, approachable, eloquent and professional demeanor.

    Salary
    N100,000 - N170,000 / month.
