    Front Desk Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, representing the brand’s image and service standards.
    • This role is critical to delivering a seamless, polished, and welcoming client experience while supporting front-desk operations and basic administrative functions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Welcome clients warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression at all times.
    • Manage incoming phone calls, messages, and inquiries promptly and courteously.
    • Provide accurate information about services, products, pricing, and store policies
    • Take client orders and appropriately route requests to relevant team members.

    Job Summary

    • The Brand Strategist is responsible for developing and executing the overall brand strategy ensuring a consistent and premium brand presence across all customer touchpoints.
    • This role oversees brand positioning, content strategy, social media direction, marketing campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and strategic partnerships to strengthen brand awareness, audience growth, and customer loyalty.

    Key Responsibilities
    Brand Strategy & Positioning:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
    • Define and maintain the brand's voice, visual identity, messaging, and market positioning.
    • Ensure consistency of brand standards across all online and offline channels.
    • Identify opportunities to strengthen the brand's luxury positioning and competitive advantage.

    Content Strategy & Social Media Management:

    • Develop and oversee the content strategy across all social media platforms, including:
    • Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), Pinterest, Threads, WhatsApp Business Channels

    • Develop content pillars that support brand storytelling, customer education, product awareness, lifestyle positioning, and community engagement.
    • Coordinate content production, including photoshoots, video shoots, influencer content, user-generated content, and campaign assets.
    • Write, review, and approve content briefs, captions, scripts, and campaign messaging.

    Brand Performance & Reporting:

    • Track and analyze key brand and marketing metrics.

    Requirements
