    Store Sales Officer

    The Store Sales Officer  is expected to demonstrate leadership, analytical, excellent customer service and effective communication skills.

    The following will be measured outcomes for the Sales Representative.

    • Selling of Company Products in the store.
    • Carry out stocking and re-stocking of merchandise in the store.
    • Informing the supervisor about sales performance.
    • Preparing and sending daily sales report to your supervisor.
    • Be part of social media team by managing our social media channels.
    • Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity of the store.
    • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
    • Ensure the store is clean and neat at all times.
    • Up-sell, cross-sell, and deep sell all our products to customers.
    • Wear a friendly and accommodating look that entices potential customers to make a buying decision.
    • Achieve sales and other targets given by your team lead/supervisor within time frame.
    • Handling customer questions, complaints, and recommendations.
    • Escalating complex customers complaints or issues to your team lead/supervisor to handle.
    • Giving of information to customers on availability of products.
    • Involvement in activation and marketing activities.
    • Recommending items to customers.
    • Manage after sales customer relationship
    • Raise requisition for items whenever necessary.
    • Prepare and submit daily store report capturing sales, customer feedback
    • Process customer payments on Quick Books.
    • Understand client’s needs and tailor products to meet client requirements.
    • Create innovative ways to build business from individual accounts.
    • Develop and maintain sales records of sales meetings, sales calls, new sales, closed sales, follow-up activities, etc.
    • Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business.
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
    • Continuously improve through feedback.

    Job Description

    • The Warehouse and Inventory Officer is expected to demonstrate leadership, analytical, excellent customer service and effective communication skills.
    • The following will be measured outcomes for the Warehouse and Inventory Officer.
    • Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
    • Check inventory records for accuracy.
    • Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
    • Keep records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another locations
    • Find, sort, or move goods between different parts of the business
    • Compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory
    • Keeps track of information in order to keep businesses and supply chains on schedule
    • Ensure proper scheduling, maintaining the flow of stock to stores and inventory control.
    • Providing full administrative support to the Fashion and Retail Merchandising team
    • Updating and monitoring outlets stock level for re stocking on QuickBooks.
    • Reconciling stock discrepancies in the stores
    • Provide support to all business units including administrative, financial and human        resource departments

    Qualification/Experience/ Skills:

    • Equivalent experience in related field acceptable as well
    • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience or demonstrated high level of success.
    • Experience of operating within a medium to large organization.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other operational software.
