Key Responsibilities

• Arrange appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling.
• Make presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors and pharmacists in the retail sector
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and support administrative staff
• Keep detailed records of all contacts – build a strong customer data base
• Regularly attend company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings
• Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, interpret, present and discuss this data with health professionals during presentations
• Monitor competitor activity and competitors' products
• Keep up to date with new developments, anticipate potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapt strategy accordingly

Qualifications·

• Preferably BSc Pharmacy or any other related field
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Medical (detailing) Rep.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Excellent team work and networking skills
• Knowledge of MS office suite
• Must possess a high level of integrity and responsibility
• Must be resident in the Sokoto & Akwa- Ibom state

Requirements

• Implementing strategies to increase awareness of the company’s brand
• Achieve monthly sales collection target
• Implement number of daily calls, visit all distribution channels as specified
• Act as a link between the organization and the providers and execute the sales/distribution objectives, build capacity of the providers, identify and report training needs of providers accordingly
• Initiates and implements strategies and plans to ensure that the company proactively identifies and invests in emerging and future business opportunities in the operating environment
• Builds and maintain high level contacts with current and prospective customers, government and other business partners

Qualifications

• BSc Pharmacy or any other related field
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Sales Rep.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills

• Excellent team work and networking skills
• Knowledge of MS office suite
• Must possess a high level of integrity and responsibility
• Must be resident in the Kogi & Adamawa state
