    Team Member, Human Capital Management

    JOB OVERVIEW

    • Support the delivery of HR strategies and programmes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding. employee relations,
    • performance management, learning and development, payroll administration, compliance and HR operations-driving employee engagement, efficiency and the achievement of our strategic objectives.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
    • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, performance management and learning initiatives.
    • Maintain HR records, support payroll, benefits and statutory compliance.
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Prepare HR reports, analyse workforce trends and drive continuous improvement.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology. Social Sciences or related field. Master's Degree (MBA, MSc, MHRM or equivalent) is an added advantage.
    • Professional membership such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, CIPD or any other recognized HR body is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 3-7 years' relevant experience in HR management, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.

    Team Member, Internal Audit

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    • Support the execution of the internal audit plan by evaluating controls, assessing risks, ensuring compliance and recommending improvements to strengthen our processes and protect organisational value.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Execute internal audit assignments and evaluate controls, risks and compliance.
    • Identify control gaps and recommend practical solutions for improvement.
    • Prepare audit reports and follow up on management action plans.
    • Monitor compliance with policies, regulations and governance standards.
    • Promote a strong control culture and provide advisory support.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Insurance, Business Administration or related field. Professional qualification such as ACA, ICAN, ACCA or other relevant certification is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years' relevant experience in internal audit, external audit, risk management, compliance, finance or internal control, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
    • Demonstrated experience in audit planning and execution, risk assessment, internal control evaluation, financial analysis, regulatory compliance, report writing and process improvement.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, report writing. interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
