We are looking for a Product Manager to join us full time for 3 months on our pilot program where 10 top tier startups from Nigeria receive mentorship from our sponsoring corporates, partners and investors.

JOBS TO BE DONE
The Product Manager will be required to do the following:
- Responsible for innovation and assisting in first product release
- Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
- Aid the startups in assessing what products are in demand and worth selling and what their target market is.
- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
- Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
- Work with marketing managers to help create marketing plans and promotions based upon your predictions
Required Skills and Experience
The Product Manager will be required to have the following:
- +1 years business operations and strategies experience
- +2 years in IT and scrum development experience
- Experience in working with startup companies
- Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Good communication, presentation, and leadership skills

- The Tech Developer will be required to do the following:
- Creating website layout/user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS practices
- Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets and adhering to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
- Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent
- Analyze, recommend and lead the implementation of improvement initiatives
- Identify emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities.
Required Skills and Experience
The Tech Developer will be required to have the following:
- +2 years as a developer in web, mobile apps, or sites
- Experience in working with startup companies
- Experience with coding languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP for example.
- Good time management skills and strong communication skills
