Duties
Working in the Facility Management section of the Embassy, the Plumbing Maintenance Worker carries out scheduled and unscheduled plumbing preventive maintenance and repair work on mission buildings and facilities including residential owned and leased properties.
Job holder would repair, and install plumbing as needed to support a variety of systems including but not limited to plumbing building and mechanical systems, potable water treatment and storage, wastewater treatment, fire sprinkler, swimming pool and landscape irrigation.
Education Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School is required and completion of vocational training from an accredited institute recognized as producing journeyman level technicians with a concentration in plumbing principles and application is required.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the repair and maintenance of building plumbing and mechanical systems and utility treatment operations is required.

Duties
This position serves as a Water Treatment Technician requiring knowledge of the principles of U.S. and Local codes. He/she operates, maintains, and repairs the Water Treatment plant, ground water systems, wastewater system, water storage facilities and swimming pools as identified in the operations and maintenance manuals for all related equipment and in accordance with applicable DOS policy and SHEM regulations.
Education Requirements: Completion of secondary school is required.
Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the operations of water testing equipment, repair and maintenance of systems and structures is required. Work experience must demonstrate a progression of increased responsibility working on complex sophisticated equipment and components, including operation and maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Job Knowledge:
Knowledge of local and national water quality standards and regulations, cultural practices related to water usage and conservation, and the business environment and local suppliers’ market is required. Knowledge in potable water, and wastewater treatment plants including chemical use, chemical level testing, pump, equipment maintenance, pool plumbing and all other related items are required. Ability to recognize safety and hazards labeling on products is required.
Skills And Abilities:
Must have the ability to follow quality control measures, make efficient and rapid coordination and distribution of material resources, and supervise individuals to get the job done, resolve conflicts, and deal with dissatisfied clients. Must have the ability to handle equipment, spare parts, and chemicals for water treatment and plumbing maintenance, with a minimum lifting capacity of 50 pounds.

Duties
Under the supervision of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Data Analytics Branch Chief, this position will provide technical expertise to improve HIV/AIDS prevention programs of CDC Nigeria and the Federal Ministry of Health (FMOH).
The incumbent serves as lead for clinical program monitoring and evaluating progress in program implementation of HIV/AIDS prevention activities conducted by CDC Nigeria and the FMOH by applying both theoretical and practical knowledge of clinical medicine, statistics, social and behavioral science, evaluation strategies, and research methodology to the design and conduct of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) activities.
Incumbent will develop appropriate data management systems to monitor health objectives and indicators for HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment programs.
Education Requirements:
Experience:
The incumbent must have at least five (5) years’ experience with chronic infectious disease prevention or treatment programs at the local, state or international levels that entailed responsibility for monitoring and the evaluation of program activities. Experience collaborating with host government leadership is required.
The incumbent must also have experience in use of measurement methods required for M&E of international populations and health programs, including quantitative and qualitative research. The incumbent must have at least one (1) year of supervisory and one (1) year of management experience.
