    Business Manager

    • To manage effective administrative and financial services to the school.
    • To maintain a strategic financial plan that will indicate trends and requirements of the school development plan and will forecast future year budgets
    • To manage the administration of the personnel functions in the school.
    • To manage the purchase of supplies, equipment and services.
    • To manage maintenance of administrative systems that deliver outcomes based on the school’s aims and goals.
    • To develop and communicate clearly the school’s development/strategic plan.
    • To be responsible for the overseeing of maintenance of the buildings, grounds and equipment.

      Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relevant qualification.
    • At least 2 years previous work experience.
    • Experience in a school environment is an added advantage
    • Working knowledge of business management.
    • The ability to multitask.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages - One-drive, MS teams, One-notes, outlook email.

    School Counsellor(Primary & Secondary)

    • Helping students develop academic plans that match their skills and strengths
    • Collaborating with other staff members
    • Facilitating crisis intervention and prevention programmes
    • Communicating with Teachers, parents and administrators about a student’s progress regularly
    • Building non-judgemental relationships based on trust and respect
    • Analysing student performance in the classroom

    Customer Relations Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Increase enrolment conversion by meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals, achieved by enrolling families in the academic session.
    • Follow-up field calls from families looking to enrol students in Corona Schools.
    • Employ a consultative phone sales approach to determine the individual needs of families and students.
    • Follow up with families who express interest in Corona Schools using email, outbound phone calls, and other methods of communication.
    • Achieve data-driven goals in the metrics of outbound calls, total talk time, inbound calls, and conversion rates.
    •     Work within approved sales scripts to navigate customer decision-making processes to close enrolment prospects.
    •     Propose and recommend compelling solutions to escalate sale objections for decision making.
    •     Improve CSTC’s team's success by proactively contributing new ideas, market feedback, and successful sales strategies.
    • Driving new business to cultivate growth from lead generation within the Corona Schools to meet or exceed seasonal, quarterly, and annual sales goals and targets.
    • Use Sales Cloud, HubSpot, and other sales tools to understand sales history, build detailed proposals, and accurately forecast and manage the territory.
    • Responsible for new customer prospecting and acquisition, enrolment drive, and utilizing corporate tools and applications to document, plan, monitor, and meet sales objectives within CSTC.
    • Customer experience and managed care optimization with the school’s growth.
    • Using a CRM system to develop and maintain territory pipeline from prospect to close.

    Qualification

    • Bachelor’s degree required. Master's degree a plus.
    • Access to a dedicated home office, including a high-speed internet connection. We provide all the technology you need.
    • Minimum 2 years of sales experience as a sales rep and communicator who is highly organized with a data-driven background. They can quickly learn and leverage new technologies to maximize the impact of marketing solutions to improve enrolment and customer experience.  
    • The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit and is willing to seek out, engage, and close business while working in a dynamic/complex environment.
    • Intellectual curiosity, a customer-centric mindset and an appreciation for educational institutions are keys to success in this role.
