    Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

    Job Summary

    • As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives across multiple restaurant locations.
    • You will support talent management, employee relations, performance management, and operational HR efficiency to ensure smooth workforce operations within the QSR environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with restaurant managers to support staffing needs, performance management, and workforce planning
    • Lead employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and compliance with labor laws and company policies
    • Oversee HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee welfare initiatives
    • Support training, talent development, and productivity improvement across branches
    • Provide HR insights and reports to management for informed decision-making.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • 4–6 years’ HR experience, preferably within QSR, retail, or multi-branch operations
    • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor regulations, and HR best practices
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, people-driven environment.

    Salary
    N450,000 – N500,000 Monthly.

    Senior Account Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify target customers and develop network plans with specific objectives across various channels and market segments.
    • Lead the execution of access network projects from initiation to completion, ensuring internal alignment and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
    • Analyze customer insights, market trends, and industry best practices to design and implement effective marketing strategies.
    • Create, maintain, and analyze performance reports across multiple platforms; extract key insights to shape go-to-market strategies and develop formal proposals and recommendations.
    • Take ownership of providing solutions for Telecommunication Bids, with necessary support from headquarters.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years work experience. 
    • Applicants must not be more than 35 years old.
    • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Chinese is a strong advantage.
    • A bachelor’s degree or higher in a telecommunication-related field.
    • Solid understanding of GPON, FTTH, and ODN technologies.
    • Prior experience working with Huawei, ZTT, ZTE, Heng Tong, or YOFC is required.
    • Excellent communication, teamwork, organizational, and coordination skills.
    • Must be based in Lagos and open to traveling across Nigeria as needed.

    Remuneration
    N1,000,000 – N2,000,000 (no salary budget limit; negotiable based on experience)
