    Content Marketer

    Job Description

    • PPS is looking for a Content Marketer with a passion for writing. S/he will be responsible for creating engaging content for Technology affiliated and Mental Health Organizations to attract and convert prospects into customers.

    Content Writing:

    • Deliver an effective Content Strategy and calendar for multiple organizations
    • Develop Content for Social Media handles and communicate through storytelling
    • Write a minimum of 5 Articles per week whilst maintaining SEO best practices
    • Research and write content for weekly Newsletters
    • Write clear marketing copy for Videos, Sales Pitches, Social Media Adverts, etc. to promote our products / services.
    • Drive all content marketing initiatives.

    Other:

    • Collaborate with the Business Development team and integrate content marketing strategy.
    • Integrate all marketing channels and optimize all content for SEO.
    • Constantly improve and learn on the job.
    • Adhoc duties as assigned

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, or related field.
    • Over 2 year’s cognate experience.
    • Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills
    • Strong command of the English Language
    • Able to proofread and write free of grammatical and spelling errors
    • Thorough understanding of Mail Chimp and or other Email Marketing Services.
    • Able to multi-task, manage and independently lead various projects simultaneously.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with experience building rapport and creating strong
    • relationships.
    • Able to work with minimal supervision, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
    • Able to grasp technical and product-related concepts quickly and communicate in a way non-technical people can easily understand.

    Social Media Specialist

    Job Responsibilities
    Social Media Management:

    • Work with the team in managing multiple Social Media Accounts.
    • Set up and optimize New Social Media Pages.
    • Create & Implement a Social Media Strategy that aligns with each business's goal.
    • Generate & publish daily unique and engaging content.
    • Develop a strategy for expanding the Social Media Audience, engagement, and activity.
    • Identify and establish relationships with key influencers in the IT & Mental Health Space.
    • Work with the team in creating social media posting templates that reflect brand
    • consistency.

    Social Media Campaigns:

    • Perform Audience Research & Run Social Media Campaigns.
    • Manage advertising budgets for each brand.
    • Analyze Campaign performance and measure success.
    • Run Retargeting and Conversion Ads for Facebook and Instagram.
    • Prepare Reports, gather visitor traffic, conversion data and show ROI.

    Other:

    • Create Newsletters for Email Marketing & build Email Marketing List
    • Collaborate with the Business Development team

    Requirements

    Business Development Manager

    Job Description

    • PPS is looking for an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to take lead on all marketing and business development activities.
    • To excel in this role, you need to have strong leadership skills and manage the team to drive & generate revenue opportunities for the company.

    Job Responsibilities
    Product Knowledge:

    • Develop a sound understanding of all products and value propositions & continuously expand knowledge of Products.
    • Conduct presentations and be able to demonstrate Product functionalities completely and accurately.
    • Answer all customer product-related inquiries promptly and professionally.

    Business Development:

    • Think strategically, work strategically and act strategically.
    • Develop a Business Development Strategy to achieve short- & long-term goals and increase client base.
    • Proactively identify & harness new business opportunities and potential clients in the public and private sector.
    • Write, prepare and submit Business Proposals.
    • Work with Finance Team to develop pricing proposals.
    • Build and retain long-term relationships with existing clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
    • Develop relationships and network with key clients and senior decision-makers in
    • government Agencies, Private Organizations, and other relevant influencers.
    • Develop goals and sales targets for the development team and ensure they are met.
    • Work with Social Media Team in content Creation, and using Social Media to drive business growth.
    • Brainstorm, think strategically, and develop an approach to close deals and convert leads to customers.

    Other:

    • Arrange business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients.
    • Work with IT Department to ensure Customer Product satisfaction.
    • Provide periodic feedback to the product development team.
    • Prepare Monthly and Annual Reports that track business development activities and measure performance with appropriate KPIs and metrics.
    • Seek ways of improving the way the business operates.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a Master's Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
    • 5 - 7 years cognate experience.
    • Experience working in an IT Company will be an added advantage.
    • Adept computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Spreadsheets), Word Processing.
    • Capacity to manage high-stress situations.
    • Ability to multi-task, manage and independently lead various projects simultaneously.
