    Procurement Supervisor

    The ideal candidate will manage the company’s supply of products and services, while also being responsible for strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers, and discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses so that the company can invest in growth and people.

    Procurement Supervisor Responsibilities:

    • Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
    • Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms • Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
    • Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
    • Examine and test existing contract
    • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve the effectiveness
    • Collaborate with key people to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
    • Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients
    • Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
    • Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
    • Control spending and build a culture of long-term saving.

    Procurement Supervisor Requirements:

    • Proven working experience as a Procurement Manager, Procurement Officer, or Head of Procurement
    • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as dexterity in “reading” the market
    • Talent in negotiations and networking
    • Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software
    • Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
    • Experience in collecting and analyzing data
    • Strong leadership capabilities
    • BSc degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration.

    Product Strategy Analyst

    The ideal candidate will identify new opportunities, coordinate business generation activities; develop customized targeted sales strategies, assess the company’s product performance, drive business engagement with partners to derive strategic partnerships for Fintech services, and help develop its long-term strategic plans for future product lines.

    Product Strategy Analyst Responsibilities:

    • Use data platforms and tools such as data banks and strategy centers to conduct an in-depth analysis of business groups and industries, form valuable insights, and output corresponding solutions to problems.
    • Generating weekly and monthly Product reports of African Fintech or Bank product services for informed decision-making.
    • Basic capacity building exchange rate products, cross-border payment, POS merchant services, credit loans or Buy Now Pay Later product research.
    • Develop new products generating new business opportunities by performing market research to identify customer needs/trends and opportunities.
    • Follow up on the launch of the product business, and be able to grasp the new needs of market users in order to propose product optimization suggestions.

    Product Strategy Analyst Requirements:

    • 4-5 years’ experience in bank and E-Business is preferred.
    • Sound Knowledge of African Fintech products and lending trends to build organizational strategy.
    • Familiar with industry dynamics, sensitive to marketing trending and products, good at learning, transformation, and precipitation.
    • Excellent communication skills and execution skills.
    • Problem-solving and result oriented.
    • International work experience, especially working with China is preferred.
    • Good at using Microsoft Office, SQL, and Product Model Tool Consumers are preferred

    Front Desk/Admin Officer

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing essential front desk administrative duties while maintaining a professional image of the company.

    Front Desk/Admin OfficerResponsibilities:

    • Responsible for greeting visitors and guests – direct them to the appropriate staff member.
    • Responsible for scheduling appointments and management of calendar coordination.
    • Responsible for the preparation of correspondence, presentations, email communications, and excel spreadsheets.

    Administrative Supervisor (Chinese Speaking)

    The ideal candidate’s role will include managing the household budget, organizing social events, and making travel arrangements as needed.

    Admin Supervisor Responsibilities:

    • Coordinating with vendors to ensure that all supplies needed for the house are delivered on time
    • Make sure that the interior of the house is clean and well-maintained at all times
    • Maintaining inventory of all furnishings and equipment in the house, including ordering replacements when needed
    • Coordinate with staff members to ensure that all events run smoothly from start to finish
    • Supervise daily housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure that the facility is well-kept at all times

    Admin Supervisor Requirements:

    • Proven work experience as an Admin Supervisor or similar role
    • Fluency in the Chinese Language is a must.
    • Being a good communicator, understanding the employer’s likes and dislike
    • Being knowledgeable in a wide range of areas related to the role
    • Being responsible, efficient, discreet, and organized
    • Relevant training and certifications as an Admin Supervisor
