    Administrative Specialist

    The ideal candidate for this role should have a good understanding of business functions, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills and good organizational skills.

    Your Responsibilities are: -

    • Serve as first contact point at the Support Office for visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them as appropriate.
    • Receive and sort external mails/Delivery/Courier daily
    • Serves as the primary point of administrative contact and liaison with individuals, and institutions on operational matters concerning the Office.
    • Organizes meetings, and other special events as appropriate.
    • Ensure adherence of safety procedures via the reception desk (monitor logbook)
    • Keep updated records of offices expenses and costs.
    • Create a budget for and procurement of front office supplies.
    • Provide adequate support in ensuring the procurement and dispatch of uniforms is done efficiently
    • Ensure service providers for janitorial service, logistics and security services work in line with contract terms.
    • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
    • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/mail.
    • Vendor management
    • Logistics co-ordination for and from the Support Office

    Requirements and skills:-

    • Providing Administrative Support at the Support Office
    • Minimum Qualification: HND

    Sales Manager - Key Accounts (Merchant Acquiring)

    The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving offline merchant acquiring businesses (Chain Stores, restaurants, Supermarkets, FMCG, Pharmacy, Betting, etc), and developing strategies to increase sales revenue.

    The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers, and will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote the organisation’s solution and achieve mutual satisfaction.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Merchant Acquiring in key sectors.
    • Engaging with corporate organisations to introduce them to our products.
    • Train merchants on the benefit of all products.
    • Solve related issues reported by merchants.
    • Continuously build merchant networks.
    • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
    • Foster and develop relationships with clients.
    • Have good understanding of overall products and services and be able to advise others about them.

    Person Specification:

    • Bachelor’s Degree, HND or its equivalent in Sales and Marketing or related fields.
    • Minimum of 3-6 years of experience as a Merchant Acquisition Executive in Fintech, Agency Banking Firm, or Direct Sales Executive in a Commercial Bank.
    • Previous achievement in the public and private sector.
    • Comprehensive understanding of POS business, great understanding of agency banking and merchant scenarios.
    • Strong marketing skills.
    • Strong customer/client engagement skills.
    • Must possess good negotiation and analytical skills.
    • Strong record of success within the key account management, ideally within the fintech industry is a plus.
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

    Other Skills:

    • Extremely flexible, result oriented, hardworking with a strong track record of success.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet and exceed sales targets
    • Proven experience in Customer Service is a plus.
    • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Agent Supervisor

    You will be responsible for:

    • Attend daily morning meetings with Sales Managers for task and hunting ground allocations
    • Onboard New agents: Help agents download App and upload all documents.
    • Resolve transaction and application related issues for agents.
    • Escalate transactions issues to relevant authorities.
    • Agent Relationship Management.
    • Research new market areas.
    • Distribute branding materials to agents.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in Agent acquisition.
    • Minimum of BSc in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent MMO and Agent Banking business knowledge.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Supervisory and man-management skills

    Salary – Basic Salary - 50,000.00

                       KPI Salary - 30,000.00
