    Customer Service Representative

    About the Role

    • As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of the Upside Down House experience, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and has an unforgettable time. This is your chance to be part of a groundbreaking project that merges innovation with fun, creating memories for visitors from all walks of life.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
    • Provide detailed information about the Upside Down House and its features.
    • Assist visitors in navigating the attraction and answer any inquiries.
    • Handle ticketing, reservations, and payments efficiently.
    • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Ensure the attraction is clean, organized, and visitor-ready at all times.
    • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Minimum of HND /Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
    • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • A positive and energetic attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction.
    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

    Accountant

    About the Role

    • As an Accountant at Landmark Africa Group, you will play a crucial role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the company’s financial success. If you have a passion for numbers, accuracy, and strategic thinking, we want to hear from you!

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
    • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities.
    • Perform regular reconciliations and manage accounts payable/receivable.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes.
    • Support audits and provide financial insights for decision-making.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • ICAN/ACCA certification or in-progress is a plus.
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
