    Business Development Manager

    Location: Lakowe, Lagos

    Description

    • We are representing a fast-rising Real Estate Company in Lakowe, Lagos, seeking a high-performing Business Development / Sales Executive to accelerate sales growth and deepen market penetration.
    • This role is not for average performers—we are looking for someone who consistently delivers results, understands the local real estate market, and is eager to convert leads into multimillion-naira transactions.

    Key Deliverables (Performance-Driven)

    • Hit or exceed ₦10m in monthly property sales.
    • Onboard 100+ active realtor partners every month to expand our sales pipeline.
    • Maintain a 15–20% conversion rate from leads to closed sales.
    • Conduct at least 4 property inspections weekly with qualified prospects.
    • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, investors, and realtor partners.
    • Implement creative sales strategies to dominate the market.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Proven track record in real estate sales or business development.
    • Strong ability to negotiate, network, and close deals.
    • Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
    • Ambitious, self-driven, and relentless about hitting targets.
    • Must currently reside in or very close to Lakowe, Lagos (this is non-negotiable).

    Salary
    N250,000 monthly (slightly negotiable) + highly attractive commission structure.
