    Condition Monitoring Specialist

    Job Purpose / Objective:

    • Assist the (RE) Senior Plant Engineer to develop and maintain an effective condition-monitoring program.
    • To assist the RE Senior Plant Engineer to verify the integrity of rotating equipment at assigned company plant.
    • Improve the equipment reliability and availability

    Basic functions & Principal Responsibilities:

    • Collect data and other operating parameters for the nominated area of plant and support the Senior Engineer in analysis of data. Report abnormal equipment condition e.g. fluid leaks, loose bolts, low fluid levels etc.
    • Monitor the lube oil and seal oil systems on the process compressors for correct operation. Measure seal oil flows and consumption rates.
    • Take oil and coolant samples for analysis.
    • Ensure equipment is monitored according to the agreed interval and condition monitoring philosophy.
    • Initiate PACER work requests to repair defective equipment.
    • Assist with machine fault and failure investigations

    Job requirements

    Education:

    • HND/BEng level in mechanical Engineering preferably with professional qualifications.

    Experience:

    • At least 5 years post graduate experience 2 years of which includes condition monitoring experience.
    • Vibration analysis CAT 1 and 2 certifications is an added advantage.

    Technical/Business Skills:

    • Condition monitoring theory and techniques
    • Knowledge of rotating equipment design and operation
    • Computing skills
    • Interpersonal Skills:
    • Strong oral and written communication skills with ability in report writing, technical details and data analysis.

    Competencies:

    • Team player, oral and written communication skills. Ability to work extra hours to ensure works are done according to require standard.

    Flow Assurance & Integration Engineer

    Job Purpose & Objective:

    • To support in tracking progress of upstream suppliers’ projects and developing flow optimization models for the entire integrated pipeline network, both own and gas suppliers pipeline covering Gas and liquid (spiked condensate) for safe delivery of feed gas from all gas suppliers ensuring sustained maximum availability and capacity to support maximum gas deliverability.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Support Development and running of new/existing flow optimization models for GTS systems as well as maintenance of online models
    • Responsible for timely computation for pipeline leaks and depressurization volumes for necessary reconciliations with suppliers,
    • Responsible for monitoring and tracking real time pipeline flow, pressures, feed gas quality parameters and spiking via PI trends, online model (s) etc. to ensure real time optimization and quick resolution of any challenges
    • Support new pipeline and related assets /projects development, conceptual studies, FEED, detailed design (line sizing, flow, pigging, depressurization, liquid management etc.) as may be required for own projects.
    • Support production optimization through adequate synchronization of Gas Suppliers' activities & company Plant and Pipelines Operations in the medium term.
    • Coordinate monitoring & tracking upstream gas supply and pipeline projects, Preparation of quarterly progress reports/slides to management and shareholders.
    • Coordinate and support any other flow assurance/gas supply & condensate spiking optimization activities as may be assigned by supervisor.

    Education

    • A University degree in Engineering or Sciences (e.g., Process, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, etc)

    Experience:

    • 3 - 5 years post graduate experience, out of which 2 years should have been spent in the required function the Oil & Gas Industry.

    OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • High level computing and programming skills are essential.
    • Proficient in applications of process and flow simulation tools like Pipesim, Unism,
