    Senior Customer Care Officer

    Job Purpose

    • You will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
    • The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
    • If you are a problem solver with good communications and time management skills, we would like to meet you.

    Key Areas of Responsibility

    • Supervise a team of customer support agents.
    • Ensure customer support team maintain standard quality of service.
    • Assist field agents to solve transaction issues.
    • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls.
    • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution.
    • Ensure to maintain open communication and customers thorough regular feedback via discussions, questionnaires, phone calls etc.
    • Take records of all customer inquiries and complaints, capturing and disseminating technical and business information.
    • Create and manage customer database.

    Requirements

    • A B.Sc. in Economics, Marketing, Finance or equivalent role.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ Previous experience as a Customer Service Officer.
    • Experience in banking or micro finance is an added advantage.
    • Knowledge of product management and product development.
    • Seasoned knowledge of the IT / Finance industries is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in the use of MS Outlook and Office suite of products (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
    • Able to communicate ideas clearly.

    Software Engineer

    Job Purpose

    • This role is responsible for building innovative technology solutions in accordance with documented or otherwise communicated requirements; ensuring that all work is optimal, to time and bug free.

    Key Areas of Responsibilities

    • Defines product objectives by gathering and analysing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality.
    • Develops user interfaces to online and offline, web, desktop and mobile applications.
    • Manages product development expectations, attaches priority to features, using an appropriate development methodology and life cycle. Build and test software products.
    • Outlines system architecture for new software products.
    • Coding/programming of software products and solutions.
    • Involves in code review and optimization, and implements review made on products.
    • Be involved in regular testing of software products; unit testing and final testing.
    • Writes and updates software test processes and procedures.
    • Assists to develop training schedules and support manuals and ensure weekly presentations in existing products and areas of research/discoveries.
    • Performs products usage monitoring and analysis.
    • Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
    • Ensures the installation and configuration of systems.

    Requirements

    • A degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics or any closely related filed is required.
    • A professional certification is an added advantage
    • Proven experience as a Software Engineer
    • Good knowledge of relational and structural databases and how to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
    • Understands design principles behind a scalable application
    • Sound knowledge of version control tools such as git
    • Strong knowledge of web server exploits and their solutions
    • Passion for best design and coding practices, and a desire to develop new interesting ideas
    • Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern web development technology
    • Web Programming Skills using C Sharp.Net, Java Script and Python
