JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Assign and conduct grooming which includes: bath, ear & anal gland cleaning, nail clipping, fur brushing and hair cut for pets.
• Monitoring of dogs on boarding and admission room.
• Providing assistance to Doctors as required.
• Overseeing de-matting and detangling dogs as required.
• Identify and communicate any pet health issue to the medical department and client.
• Safely and effectively apply and use restraint devices, including muzzles, towels, gloves, and cat bags.
• Ensure prompt cleanliness/maintenance of all working tools at all times.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• 0- 2 years’ work experience.
• OND/HND graduate in Animal Health or related course.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Must be comfortable with animals.
• Ability to drive is an advantage.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum of BSC/HND in any field of study.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a customer support or marketing officer.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
• Active listening skills.
• Must be comfortable with pets (dogs & cats).
