    Company Accountant

    Duties and Responsibilities Include and are not limited to the followings:

    • Processing of invoices for payment; researching and resolving account discrepancies.
    • Obtaining information from other departments to ensure account records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up-to-date
    • Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers and vendors
    • Create accounting strategies to maximize profits
    • Manage payroll and taxes
    • Preparing bank reconciliation statement
    • Sending monthly invoices to corporate clients
    • Compilation and preparation of company financial budget and forecasting
    • Develop and comply with financial policies and regulations

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc in Accounting, Finance or relevant Degree (ICAN certification is an advantage)
    • 2 years and above experience as an Accountant with a telecommunication company or internet service provider is compulsory
    • Have a solid working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, regulations and procedures
    • Hands-on experience with accounting software (Access Dimensions, Quick Books, SAGE, Microsoft Excel, etc.)
    • Proficiency in MS Excel
    • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

    Supply Chain Officer

    Job Description

    • To issue materials only in required quantities against authorized requisition notes/material lists.
    • To ensure safe keeping both to quality and quantity of materials.
    • Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimise inventory control procedures.
    • Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stock
    • Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
    • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to account for reimbursements and record-keeping
    • Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
    • Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.
    • Providing support to the Accounting Department.

    Requirements

    • OND, HND, BS.c in Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or any similar field. (A degree in accounting will be greatly considered).
    • Minimum of 2 years experience as a supply chain officer or a related field.
    • Ability to make use of computer systems, programs and software effectively.
    • Strong analytical and data management skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Great attention to detail
