    • Sell the organization's technical products to established customers or develop new prospects within assigned territory.
    • Provide support in understanding and troubleshooting products to customers with varying levels of technical understanding.
    • Attend special training of products or services to understand technical aspects of solutions.

    Compensation and Benefits Specialist/Payroll Manager

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 8-10years proven work  experience
    • Previous experience in an FMCG company
    • IT Skills- Well versed in Excel, MS Office
    • Software Skills- SAP & Biometric System
    • Candidates should have payroll / attendance / benefits management of 2000+ workforce

    JOB DUTIES

    • Supervise the maintenance/regular update of personnel information of all employees to ensure that strict confidentiality is maintained at all times i.e. compensation details, personal files, leave and time information, etc.
    • Analyze compensation survey results gathered from various sources, including: raw data summarization, statistical analysis, identified key findings, etc. followed by preparing compensation report for the Management for easy decision making.
    • Provide consultation and advice to business units regarding compensation policies, practices and procedures
