The Corrugation Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining corrugation machines to ensure efficient production of high-quality corrugated boards. The role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate corrugation machines according to production schedules.
Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain product quality.
Ensure proper alignment, temperature, speed, and paper tension during production.
Conduct routine checks and minor maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate technical faults when necessary.
Inspect finished corrugated products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
Maintain clean and safe working areas in compliance with safety regulations.
Complete production logs and report daily output to the supervisor.
Requirements
Relevant technical or vocational training is an advantage.
Minimum of 1–2 years experience operating corrugation or related machinery.
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of production processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
