Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, soil science from a reputed University
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in green house farming (hydroponics)
• Preferably a fresh graduate willing to grow with the company.
• Proficient use of Ms word and diagnostic scinetific software.
• In-depth knowledge of soil and crop principles.
• Can carry our laboratory test of soil, seed and crop samples
• Quality control of seed calibers and soil standards
• Verbal and communication skills
• Sales and presentation skills

JOB DUTIES

• HND/BSc in Agriculture or related fields with experience of 2 years or more in green house farms
• Additional courses in Business management or admin would be an added advantage
• Ability to lead and coordinate other farms workers.
• Ability to make decisions in stressful environment.

Job Duties

• Minimum BSC second class degree or HND upper credit with 1-2 years of experience in Fertilizer production/Manufacturing.
• Preferably a fresh graduate of chemistry, Industrial chemistry or related fields.
• Have a firm grasp of chemical equations, testing and Laboratory chemical analysis. 
• Able to work well with superstore and management. 
• Willing to travel/relocate.
