Responsibilities:

• Inspect commercial and residential buildings and the surrounding property to identify the type and source of the infestation, determine how much damage has been done, and secure access to the infested locations
• Prepare estimates and bills for clients
• Develop treatment plans and prevention methods to remove pest problems for clients and reduce the risk of re-infestation
• Provide clients with safety warnings and other directions regarding leaving the premises or covering sensitive furnishing and other items during the treatment process
• Responding to customers’ requests for various pest control services.
• Treat rooms, furnishings, wood, clothing, ditches, and surrounding grasslands and trees by spraying powders, gasses, or other chemical solutions on affected areas
• Direct and assist co-workers during the extermination process to remove or eliminate insects, rodents, or weeds
• Remove dead insects, rodents, and weeds, and ensure the premises are free of all treatment chemicals and equipment before leaving the job site
• Adjusting chemical mixtures according to the size of the infested areas.

Requirement

• Minimum of OND or SSCE
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Proven pest control experience
• Licensed to perform pest control.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing activities at the swimming pool
• Perform water treatment periodically
• Ensuring that the swimming pool and facilities are clean and safe.
• Assisting with swimming lessons.
• Monitoring designated areas to recognise signs of danger.
• Warning swimmers regarding unsafe situations.
• Maintaining order in swimming areas.
• Responding to emergencies and rescuing swimmers in danger of drowning.
• Performing first aid procedures.
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of all areas.
• Check and maintain colour, chemistry, and clarity of the pool water
• Clean and maintain the pool deck throughout your shift
• Maintain pool cleanliness, safety, and guests’ relationships by hourly walks around the deck and pool.
• Clearing used towels, glasses, and trash.
• Enforcing safety protocols as set up
• Reporting any damages or incidences to the Facility supervisor.
• Carry out inspections regularly

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND or SSCE
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Lifeguard or swimming pool attendant
• Ability to perform First Aid and CPR when the need arises.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of pool equipment and safety measures.
• Consistent professional appearance and pleasant demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints/instructions and examine surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary
• Make on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures etc.
• Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.
• Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster)
• Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture
• Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools
• Apply varnish and other finishes
• Choosing and purchasing paints, brushes, and other supplies from vendors
• Taping off areas as needed
• Removing fixtures such as doorknobs and light switch covers
• Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions

Requirements

• NABTEB/OND or SSCE
• Trade test certification is a must-have
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience as a painter
• Excellent knowledge of painting material and how to select, mix and apply them
• Solid knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques
• Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns, etc.)
• Manual dexterity with excellent balance to work on scaffolding, ladders, etc.
• Conscientious with great attention to detail

Role: Landscape Coordinator

Location: Ikorodu

Job Description:

The main responsibility of the Landscape Coordinator is to oversee maintenance of the demonstration garden and other public areas to ensure that plantings are healthy, free of weeds, and the site is attractive to visitors

• Supervise the work of assigned personnel to assure acre and safe condition of grounds and landscaped areas
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise gardening activities as required
• Coordinate and perform landscape design activities and the determination of appropriate shrubs, trees, and various plants, direct watering of plants, fertilization, and pruning of grounds and landscaped areas.
• Ensure that nursery area is well maintained and stocked and that plants are
• watered, weed free and attractive.
• Ensure that plants are priced and labelled correctly and that signage is clearly
• displayed
•  Ensure that all equipment are well maintained; ensure necessary tools and supplies are available when needed and are replaced after use
• Ensure that signage, information brochures, and materials are displayed and available to visitors

Requirements

Educational Qualification: NABTEB/OND or SSCE

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a landscape coordinator
• Trade Test I, II and III is a must have
• Familiarity with maintenance requirements of garden and landscape equipment
•  Sound communication skills
• Good work ethics
