Purpose

The Job

• Gather adequate background information on all relevant processes, procedures and policies relevant to investigations.  
• Assist the Forensic Manager to analyze financial data and trace discrepancies for medium to large scale investigations.  
• Review assigned financial documents to identify inaccuracies.  
• Prepare preliminary reports on findings arising from investigations.  
• Perform all administrative duties during investigations.  
• Maintain investigation files. 

Qualifications

• First Degree in a Business-related discipline. 
• MBA is an added advantage. 

Experience:

• Minimum of three years' experience in a similar role.

Purpose of the Job

• Ensure that the company’s Governance, Risk Management and Business Continuity Management processes are operating effectively. 

The Job

• Undertake day-to-day risk management activities including identification, assessment, management, review and reporting of risks and opportunities.  
• Engage with the Functional Management Teams and Risk Champions to ensure functional/operational risks are discussed and assessed on a regular basis.  
• Support in the preparation of risk management papers for Board Audit & Risk Committee meetings.  
• Work with the Functional Management Teams to establish key risk indicators (KRIs).  
• Perform regular risk scanning and refresh exercises to identify emerging risks.  
• Develop and maintain local databases to facilitate the collation of risk data such as incidents, losses and issues. 

Qualifications and Experience

• First Degree in Accounting, Sciences or Engineering.  
• Certified by the Business Continuity Institute, Risk Management Certification.  
• MBA is an added advantage. 
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.

• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
• Adept at analysing large volumes of data to identify patterns, trends, and potential risks.  
• Strategic thinking to identifying opportunities that arise from risks.

Purpose of the Job

• To provide assurance over the effectiveness of controls of the cybersecurity infrastructure and processes designed to protect information assets against threats and vulnerabilities at FMN. 

The Job

• Conduct log-based and endpoint-based threat detection to detect and protect against threats coming from multiple sources.  
• Correlate activity across assets (endpoint, network, applications, mobile) and environments (on-premises, cloud) to identify patterns of anomalous activity.  
• Review alerts and data from sensors, documenting a formal and highly technical incident report.  
• Assist the Information Assurance Manager audit control and management of user accounts, employees and contractors.  
• Assist in collating emerging cybersecurity threats and provide recommendations to manage them.  
• Assist the Information Assurance Manager in conducting network monitoring and intrusion detection analysis 

Qualifications and Experience

• First Degree in Accounting, Sciences or Engineering. 
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

The Person Must:

• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
• Understand data backup and recovery, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery.  
• Ability to configure and manage network devices like firewalls, VPNs, DNS servers, and proxy servers.   
• Ability to collaborate with other IT professionals, management, and external stakeholders.
