    Foreman (Plastering & Painting)

    Position Overview

    • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman (Plastering & Painting) with a strong background in finishing works.
    • The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the execution and supervision of plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, and waterproofing works.
    • This role requires excellent coordination skills to manage site teams, ensure quality standards, and deliver projects from execution to commissioning and handover.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Foreman in plastering, painting, and finishing works.
    • Proven experience in execution and coordination of flooring, tiling, and waterproofing.
    • Strong knowledge of finishing work techniques, materials, and industry standards.
    • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
    • Excellent team management and leadership skills.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

    Key Competencies:

    • Hands-on expertise in finishing plastering & painting works.
    • Strong coordination and supervisory skills.

    Regional Sales Manager

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Abuja and drive business growth in the region.
    • If you have 5+ years of experience in sales, a proven track record in developing and managing sales teams, and a passion for driving results, we want to hear from you

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead regional sales strategy & business performance.
    • Manage and grow dealer networks and direct sales teams.
    • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies.
    • Ensure efficient sales operations and performance management.
    • Drive direct sales to SMEs, handle retail shop management, and execute BTL activities.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Handle a territory with 30-50 Base stations, 40-50 Dealers and Key retail outlets
    • Recruit dealers/distributors and ensure collections from retail outlets.

    Qualifications

    • HND / BSc / BA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales (telecoms, banking, insurance, media, e-commerce).
    • Strong experience in sales strategy development, team leadership, and KPI performance.
    • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
