    Forecasting & Scenario Planning Manager

    What You will Do:

    • Managing and coordinating the Business Planning process for the Franchise, identifying relevant risks and opportunities and subsequent mitigation plans where applicable.  
    • Managing and coordinating the monthly Rolling Estimate process for the Franchise, identifying relevant risks and opportunities and subsequent mitigation plans where applicable. 
    • Management, preparation and consolidation of Monthly P&L while supporting internal and external review process with relevant stakeholders.
    • Monthly P&L Performance Management, providing relevant actionable insights, leveraging data driven storytelling and financial analysis.
    • Facilitate Scenario Planning.
    • Developing and maintaining cross-functional stakeholder relationships across the network.
    • Business partnering with Finance Hub, in order to streamline processes, routines and reports.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • University Degree (Bachelor) or equivalent experience in Finance or Accounting.
    • 5+ years of prior relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning.
    • Proven experience in developing and monitoring budgets, analyzing financial data, and forecasting results.
    • Demonstrated ability to make improvements or recommend enhancements of processes, systems, or products to enhance performance.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to a variety of audiences.
    • Experience in leading performance management for Business P&L and providing relevant analytics and actionable insights.
    • Proven track record in leading annual business plans and long-range plans in collaboration with customer teams.
    • Experience in driving engagement with senior leaders and leading teams to drive cross-functional alignment across multiple stakeholders.

    Maintenance Specialist

    As a maintenance specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and availability of plant assets by effectively implementing and supervising planned and scheduled maintenance activities. You will drive operational excellence through SAP utilization, cost-effective maintenance planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    IS THIS YOU?

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant disciplines to the role.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical roles within FMCG manufacturing, preferably in the bottling industry.
    • Proven experience in executing maintenance tasks, including preventive and condition-based maintenance.
    • Hands-on experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong knowledge of modern maintenance methodologies and reliability-centered maintenance practices.
    • Effective knowledge and usage of SAP for maintenance execution and reporting.
    • Familiarity with budgeting procedures and cost reduction initiatives.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience using business performance tools.
    • Ability to engage and work effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
    • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications for reporting and data analysis.
    • Ability to identify maintenance challenges and implement effective solutions to enhance equipment reliability.

    YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordinate and oversee the execution of planned and scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.
    • Implement preventive and condition-based maintenance strategies to enhance asset efficiency, reduce breakdowns, and minimize mean time before repair (MTBR).
    • Collaborate with Maintenance Systems Engineers (MSE) & Maintenance Planners (MPs) to organize and execute annual overhauls of production lines and facilities.
    • Assist in preparing and managing the annual plant maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources while maintaining operational excellence.
    • Work closely with the spare parts store personnel to ensure optimal inventory management, avoiding shortages and excess stock.
    • Utilize business performance review tools (COBRA, EATB) to track and improve asset management processes, driving efficiency and sustainability.
    • Foster strong working relationships with production, quality, logistics, and union representatives to align maintenance activities with overall business objectives.
    • Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) standards, regulatory requirements, and best industry practices.
