About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Flexo Printing Machine Operator to manage, operate, and maintain flexographic printing machines.
• The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in polythene printing, ensuring high-quality output while maintaining safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate flexo printing machines efficiently, adhering to production schedules and quality standards.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs as needed.
• Monitor print quality, ensuring color accuracy, registration, and overall product consistency.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Document production data, machine performance, and report issues promptly to supervisors.
• Work flexible shifts (morning and night) with possible overtime when production needs arise.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience operating flexo printing machines in a polythene production environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of flexographic printing processes and machinery.
• Ability to work in shifts and flexible hours when needed.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to relocate to Emene, Enugu, if not already residing locally.

Work Schedule:

• The Cutting Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining cutting machines to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• The role requires strict adherence to safety and quality standards while meeting daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cutting machines according to company procedures and production schedules.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and report any malfunctions or defects.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Assist in troubleshooting machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records and report to the supervisor as required.
• Work effectively across both morning and night shifts, including overtime when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Willingness to relocate to Enugu.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
