ROLE PURPOSE:

To support the Finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports and supporting budgeting and financial-control activities. This role provides broad exposure to finance operations within a project-driven oil servicing business.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduate (NYSC).
• ICAN, ACCA or another relevant professional qualification is strongly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

ROLE PURPOSE:

To provide operational and analytical support to the Treasury team while developing practical experience in cash management, banking operations, liquidity monitoring, payments, reconciliations, investments and funding activities within an oil servicing environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• CFA, ICAN, ACCA, CIS or another relevant professional qualification is strongly preferred.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant internship/entry-level experience.
• NYSC completion or exemption, where applicable.
• Basic understanding of cash management, accounting and financial statements.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

ROLE PURPOSE

To support the Company’s corporate finance, financial planning, funding and investment activities by providing high-quality financial analysis, modelling and decision-support.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Engineering.
• 2-4 years’ experience in corporate finance, investment banking, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), treasury or financial analysis.
• Experience in oil & gas, oilfield services, engineering, construction or other project-based industries is an advantage.
• CFA, ICAN, ACCA or other relevant professional qualifications are an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; advanced financial modelling skills are highly desirable.

ROLE PURPOSE

To lead the Group’s tax compliance, planning, advisory, risk-management activities and other regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence with applicable Nigerian tax laws and industry requirements while supporting efficient tax management across the Group’s contracts, projects, subsidiaries and business operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years’ relevant tax experience, with good knowledge of oil & gas, oilfield services, engineering or construction industry tax.
• ICAN, ACCA, CITN or another relevant professional qualification is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian corporate tax, VAT, withholding tax and other relevant statutory obligations.
• Experience handling tax audits, assessments and regulatory correspondence is highly desirable.
