    Finance Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Monitor any discrepancies in payment made to the company.
    • Organize a financial filing system that is easily accessible.
    • Perform data analysis and advise senior managers on profit making.
    • Track all payments made for tax preparation and follow up on returns.
    • Ensure that all clients follows proper financial payment mode.
    • Ensure accuracy of financial statements, making sure that the final figures on statements are correct.
    • Assist with the balancing of the office/department budget.
    • Helps in the utilization of funds.
    • Determination of capital structure.
    • Maintaining financial stability and sustainability
    • Maintain day to day finance function.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Accountancy, Economics, Finance or any related field
    • Minimum of 8 years experience in Finance Management.
    • Must reside in areas close Ojodu, Berger, Ogba, Ikeja, Agege, Ojota, Ketu
    • Proven work experience as a Finance Manager.
    • Proficient in all accounting tools and apps.
    • Detail-oriented.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • The ability to work under pressure
    • Sound organizational skills.

    Business Development Manager

    Objectives of this role

    • Manage both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities
    • Take a lead role in developing new business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships
    • Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets
    • Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new-venture integration
    • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals
    • Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics.

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and meet regularly with managers and stakeholders to discuss strategy
    • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics
    • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
    • Support ideal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
    • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
    • Provide sales report to the Sales Director

    Required skills and qualifications

    • Successful track record in B2B, B2G, B2C sales and negotiation
    • Minimum 3 years practical Business Development experience with at least a year as Manager
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience working in a Solar/Energy company as a Business Development Manager
    • Experience in sales techniques
    • Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
    • Proven ability to plan and manage resources
    • Excellent Managerial skills and the ability to lead a team

    Additional skills and qualifications:

    • Experience with virtual tools, Microsoft Suite
    • Ability to deliver presentations effectively
