    Finance Analyst

    Job Purpose / Scope of the Role

    • Providing a timely analysis that can aid management decision and Troubleshooting GL balances to correct anomalies. Supporting on External & Internal audit, Tax and other regulatory filings

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Business Partner- Vendor creation
    • Weekly Open PO's Analysis & update
    • GL Reconciliation as assigned
    • Monthly Expenses variance Analysis Report
    • Incorporate the operating budget for the year on SAP by cost center
    • Analyze budget vs variance by cost center to identify deviations, risks, and opportunities.
    • Asset code creation
    • Monthly CAPEX update and departmental arrangement of project brief
    • Monitor the FAR and ensure proper and timely capitalization
    • Budget coordination and collation of data
    • Input of Re-estimates & 5yr planning figures on POLARIS (SOPL, SOCF, SOFP)
    • Quarterly Tagging of new assets, count of Fixed Assets including canteen and request for evidence for those outside Lagos

    Other Duties:

    • Support Statutory audit as a coordinator of supporting documents and correspondences
    • Support Regulatory filings (TP, CIT, CAFA, WHT, VAT, PAYE, CAC, NITDA)

    Qualifications Education & Experience

    • Minimum of B.Sc./HND in Accounting and related discipline
    • A minimum of 3 years previous experience in accounting.
    • Preferably Accounting/numerate discipline
    • Part or fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAN, ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
    • Must have knowledge, ability to analyse financial data.
    • Excellent communication skills (both written & oral)
    • Good interpersonal skills

    Area Sales Manager

    Job Purpose / Scope of the Role

    • Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of the entire field staff in assigned Area with a view of attaining targeted calls and sales goals
    • To develop and improve the business of sales-wise in your area
    • To train, coach and motivate the reps in your area

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Achieve set targets through your MR and SR in your area as directed by your line manager
    • Ensure that all KD’s are adequately stocked for at least a minimum of 10 days to a maximum of 15 days (unless otherwise agreed with your NSM) and never out of stock
    • Ensure that the MR and SR attached to you understand and promote the Sub-D scheme in order to retain customer loyalty and further grow the business in their stores
    • To expand the distribution of our products by scouting for new KDs in your assigned area
    • Ensure you understand the drivers and the blockers of your distribution business. Protect the drivers and avoid the blockers to ensure smooth running of your business
    • Monitor the competition activity in your area (promotions, pricing, new products launch, in market activation, point of sales material, their KD contacts and route to market strategy etc).
    • Continually coach MR and SR in your area, Build their sales capabilities by continuous on the field training
    • Ensure that your MR and SR abide by the routing, service properly and continuously the customers assigned to them and complete on daily basis the customer card at hand without any manipulation or falsification of data
    • Ensure you understand and utilize smartly the different sales reports issued by customer service to monitor the performance of your team and KD’s in your territory
    • Ensure you spot check on daily basis with KD representatives if the SR’s are reconciling stock on daily basis and take immediate corrective measures if needed (inform NSM, CS,).
    • Ensure you control the sales float given to your MR as well as to his team ensure that all expenses are supported by genuine receipts/invoices. You will be directly responsible for any manipulation or failure to submit any expenses without backup.
    • Ensure you have succession planning for yourself and all MR and SR’s under you and should update the list on quarterly basis and submit to the NSM to ensure continuity of business

    Other Duties:

    • Any other duties and projects assigned by the National Sales Manager

    Education & Experience Qualifications

    • University Graduate - B.Pharm desirable
    • Strong sales background in Pharma / FMCG (5years+)
    • Strong relationship building skills
    • Ability to manage teams and result oriented
    • Excellent Communication skills and perfect command of English language
    • In depth knowledge of Nigerian Medical Institutions
    • Passion for markets and attention to details.

    Product Manager

    Job Purpose / Scope of the Role

    • Develop existing products through effective marketing strategies to increase market share
    • Develop new products & initiatives in line with overall company goals

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Knowledge and history of deployment of Omni-channel engagement for the promotion of OTC portfolio
    • Develop and implement advertising and promotional programs for assigned products in line with established budget
    • Build awareness and understanding of products to customers
    • Monitor business conditions, identify market opportunities, and ascertain trend in the industry and trade through market research and competitive activities
    • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
    • Monitor monthly the actual sales performance of assigned products with the aid of sales statistics and report variance with budget expectation. Recommend sales promotion strategies to rectify any adverse performance
    • Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products
    • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
    • Drive profitability of the assigned products by ensuring that appropriate pricing and profit margins are always maintained.
    • Utilize market Insight from the CRM and other market intelligence data in driving growth and profitability of the assigned products
    • Write promotional cycle brief for the field staff and train them on product knowledge. Regularly update their knowledge with new information as appropriate
    • Liaise with outsourced Clinical Research in utilizing the results of marketing clinical trials for the effective defence and promotion of the products
    • Assist in the preparation and implementation of pre-marketing and launch plans for new product introductions
    • Carry out periodic visit to customers to solicit feedback on the company products range
    • Organize relevant mailings to Doctors, Pharmacists and Nurses as deemed necessary from time to time
    • Keep track of the prescription pattern of assigned products (according to indications) in users’ departments at strategic centers e.g. Teaching hospitals etc, and ensure growth in respective indication area
    • Recommend relationship marketing measure (s) deemed appropriate
    • Undertake required survey and market research into new and existing products as directed
    • Ensure optimum inventory of assigned products at all times by regular liaison with warehouse and logistics officer to prevent product expiry
    • Regular field visits for competitive update and monitoring of promotional programs
    • Regular monitor of development in government circles and follow up on policy formulators to ensure a favourable business environment for the assigned products

    Qualifications Education & Experience

    • University Graduate, B.Pharm
    • Good knowledge of Pharmaceutical products (5 yrs+)
    • Excellent Communication skills and perfect command of English language
    • In depth knowledge of Nigeria pharma industry
    • Microsoft proficient with experience in working with Power Point presentations
    • Familiar with Sanisphere software with sound analytical and problem-solving skills
