Field Sales Marketer at Uniccon Group

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Direct Prospecting & Sales: Actively identify, engage, and pitch to individuals, pharmacies, clinics, patent medicine vendors (PMVs), and corporate clients.
• On-the-Ground Outreach: Execute door-to-door, market, community, and event-based awareness campaigns to onboard users onto the company's telemedicine platform.
• Pipeline & Relationship Management: Maintain a personal pipeline of leads to secure repeat orders while coordinating with logistics for timely product fulfillment.
• Reporting & Market Intelligence: Submit daily/weekly sales activity reports via smartphone apps and collect ground-level customer feedback for the business development team.

Compensation & Structure

• Pure Commission Model: No base salary or fixed pay; earnings are tied directly to closed sales and generated revenue.
• Uncapped Earning Potential: Transparent commission tiers with additional performance bonuses and incentive awards for top performers.

Candidate Requirements

• Education & Experience: Minimum of OND (Degree/HND is an advantage). Previous experience in field sales, pharmaceutical distribution, health-tech, or FMCG direct selling is preferred.
• Technical & Regional Familiarity: Smartphone literacy (for reporting apps) and strong familiarity with local territory dynamics, markets, and satellite towns.
• Personal Attributes: Highly self-motivated, resilient against rejection, target-driven, and capable of operating independently with minimal supervision.
