    Fashion Operations Supervisor

    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

    Job Description

    • As the Operations Supervisor, you are responsible for planning production schedules and ensuring that the production process is carried out within budget and on time.
    • The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with.
    • You will be responsible for managing all enquiries, relating them to the relevant department, managing the production of fashion pieces and ensuring every customer is satisfied.

    Work hours:

    • 9am - 6pm (Tuesdays - Saturdays)

    Responsibilities

    • Daily supervise Store Operations
    • Send inventory to Stockists monthly and weekly.
    • Daily purchase production supplies
    • Daily supervise the pattern samples made
    • Daily quality Control of in- process and finished garments.
    • Daily supervise tailor logbook
    • Create weekly task list for tailors
    • Daily manage production time and plan production tasks ahead
    • Collate weekly payments for tailors
    • Daily sketch designs in sketch book
    • Weekly keep inventory of suppliers and reorder stock when low
    • Monthly create a schedule for workshop maintenance
    • Weekly source fabrics for Ready-to-Wear and bridal clothing
    • Daily supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of the workshop and living quarters of staff.
    • Daily monitor non-compliance and report to the Operations Manager.
    • Daily responsible for bridal/bridesmaid fittings
    • Daily responsible for alterations on clothing.
    • Daily scheduling of tasks for tailors.
    • Weekly responsible for pricing of garments
    • Weekly responsible for naming dresses
    • Weekly and quarterly maintain inventory by implementing purchase plans with all stockists.

    Inventory:

    • Daily assist in stock counting
    • Daily carry out quality control checks on newly ordered stock
    • Daily manage inventory and procurement from vendors
    • Quarterly decide items to be marked down
    • Name dresses and set price of garments as scheduled.
    • Daily supervise the production of low in stock inventory
    • Daily responsible for managing supplies (storage)
    • Daily responsible for supply vendors
    • Daily ensure that there are cleaning supplies.
    • Daily reorder stock when low.
    • Daily check inventory and maintain the optimal reorder level.
    • Daily work with the Creative Director to merchandise products.
    • Weekly and quarterly maintain inventory by implementing purchase plans with all stockists.

    Logistics:

    • Daily assign deliveries to the logistics team
    • Daily ensure that all orders are delivered on a timely basis.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of B.Sc / B.A
    • 2 - 3 years’ experience as an Operations Supervisor or similar executive role
    • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus.

    Competencies:

    • Highly analytical, driven and focused.
    • High level of professionalism;
    • Networking, prospecting and persuasion skills with the ability to identify the needs and challenges of clients.
    • Must have knowledge of business processes and functions (Finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
    • Must have outstanding organizational and leadership skills
    • Problem-solving aptitude
    • Good written and verbal communication skills

    Salary
    N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.

    Public Relations Account Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are in search of a Public Relations Account Manager that will oversee the seamless management of client accounts.
    • The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of the principles of brand communication and public image perception.
    • He/she is dynamic, creative, a self-starter, and an implementer.

    Responsibilities

    • Managing client accounts, planning and executing all PR activities
    • Prospect new clients and create necessary communications pitch decks
    • Manage client relationships and foster strong relationships with new clients
    • Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics
    • Coordinate all public relations activities
    • Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
    • Manage media inquiries and interview requests

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Communications or any related field
    • 3 - 5 years experience in a reputable PR firm
    • Experience managing multiple accounts and a team
    • Excellent communicator
    • Ability to create communications pitch decks and brand packs
    • Experienced in brand consultancy and content writing.

    Salary
    N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.

    Fashion Retail Assistant

    Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
    Availability to start: As soon as possible

    Job Description

    • Our client is in search of a highly driven and enthusiastic individual to handle sales whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service attainable.
    • As a Fashion Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for attending to client orders, processing, recording and reporting on daily sales.
    • You are required to have a good understanding of all products in order to explain to clients and advise accordingly.

    Work Hours:

    • 9am - 6pm (Mondays - Fridays), Alternate Saturdays(11am - 6pm).

    Responsibilities

    • Greeting clients, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
    • Manage point-of-sale processes
    • Follow up with client orders to ensure they are delivered to clients in a timely manner
    • Processing, recording and reporting daily sales
    • Follow up on payment of all client purchases
    • Generating and following up with client leads from churned enquiries
    • Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
    • Cross-sell products
    • Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)
    • Maintain cleanliness of the workspace
    • Post pictures of in-store activities
    • Follow up with clients for service feedback
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
    • Maintain outstanding store condition
    • Maintain a fully stocked store
    • Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
    • Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments
    • Keep up to date with product information
    • Accurately describe product features and benefits
    • Follow all companies policies and procedures Requirements

    Job Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
    • 1 - 3 years experience in retail, customer service or business administrative roles.

    • Proficiency in using Excel to record sales
    • Basic Math skills

    Salary
    N70,000 Monthly.
