Job Summary

• The Farm Manageris expected to manage and carry out duties associated with the day-to-day and long-term management of our farms.
• It is also theresponsibility of the manager to ensure that the farm runs efficiently and profitably.

Job Description

• Direction and Co-ordination of farm activities
• Co-ordination of key personnel on site: e.g. Farmers, Farm Attendants etc
• Recording of important information which includes stock- taking, operation report
• Purchase of necessary machinery and equipment
• Submission of daily/ weekly report to line manager on farm activities
• Ensuring Production targets are met
• Ensuring that the farm is profitable and meets projected financial target
• Making sure that work progresses satisfactorily
• Ensuring compliance with government regulations and health and safety standards

Requirements
Prospective employees must have:

• Minimum of a B.Sc Degree in any relevant field
• 3-5 years work experience as a farm manager
• Specialization in any of the farms are important; Pig and Goat ,Snail Farms
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Calm, polite, and professional behavior.
• Reliable and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Cooking various meals 5 days a week for a single individual.
• Cleaning the house.
• Preparing customized meal plans for the client based on their preferences, specifications, and dietary needs.
• Shopping for meal ingredients as well as necessary kitchen tools and equipment.
• Inspecting meal ingredients before making purchases to ensure that they are of the highest quality.
• Preparing meals in client’s kitchens in accordance with food health and safety regulations.
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas before and after meal preparation.
• Appropriately packaging and labeling prepared meals that are to be consumed at a later date.
• Providing clients with written or verbal instructions on how to heat meals.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE qualification with 2 years experience.
• Proven culinary experience.
• Sound knowledge of different cuisines as well as food health and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
