    Factory Staff

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our furniture production team as Factory staff in the following capacities: Upholstery, Laminate etc.
    • The Furniture Factory Staff will assist in the manufacturing, assembling, finishing, and packaging of furniture products while ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the production and assembly of furniture items.
    • Operate factory tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
    • Cut, shape, sand, and polish wood and other materials as required.
    • Support upholstery, painting, or finishing processes when needed.
    • Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
    • Load, unload, and move materials within the factory.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
    • Follow workplace safety guidelines and company procedures.
    • Report faulty equipment or production issues to supervisors.
    • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification with 1 - 2 years experience.
    • Previous factory or furniture-making experience.
    • Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
    • Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
    • Good teamwork and communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    Audit Officer

    Job Summary

    • Are you detail-oriented, numbers-driven, and passionate about strengthening internal controls? Taeillo is looking for an Audit Officer to join our Internal Audit team!
    • As an Audit Officer, you'll bring a systematic, disciplined approach to risk management, controls, and governance helping safeguard the business while driving operational excellence.

    Responsibilities

    • Verify and approve customer orders, payments, and vendor deliveries
    • Review and authorize payables and expenditures against approved limits
    • Verify petty cash and payment requests
    • Conduct inventory/procurement checks and monthly store counts
    • Identify and mitigate business and financial risks through effective controls
    • Investigate flagged risks and prepare audit reports
    • Protect company assets against fraud and theft
    • Recommend improvements to internal controls and governance processes

    What We're Looking For

    • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
    • Working knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and regulatory compliance
    • 2-3 years experience as an audit officer
    • High integrity and sound independent judgment
    • Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines accurately.

    Technician (Electricial and Mechanical)

    Job Description

    • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
    • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults.
    • Conduct routine inspections to identify potential equipment issues.
    • Respond promptly to machine breakdowns to minimise production downtime.
    • Install, test, and commission new machinery and equipment.
    • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records.
    • Ensure all repairs and maintenance activities comply with safety standards.
    • Work closely with Production and Operations teams to improve equipment performance.
    • Recommend improvements that enhance machine efficiency and reliability.
    • Keep the workshop and maintenance tools organised and in good condition.

    Requirements

    • OND or Trade Test Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Experience maintaining furniture manufacturing equipment such as CNC machines, edge banders, panel saws, spray booths, compressors, dust extraction systems, and woodworking machines.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and engineering drawings.
    • Good communication and teamwork skills.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
