    Facility Manager

    Description

    • Our client is a private school in Lagos seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and operations of our school campus.
    • You will ensure our learning environment remains functional, clean, and safe for students and staff.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for all school buildings, classrooms, toilets, and grounds
    • Supervise in-house cleaners, security guards, gardeners, and external contractors
    • Monitor and manage utilities: generators, borehole, electricity, water, and diesel consumption
    • Implement and enforce health, safety, and security protocols; conduct regular facility inspections
    • Source vendors, obtain quotes, and supervise repair/renovation projects to completion
    • Maintain accurate records of assets, maintenance logs, warranties, and service contracts
    • Prepare monthly facility reports and manage maintenance budget with the accountants
    • Respond to facility emergencies and ensure minimal disruption to school activities.

    Requirements

    • Education: HND / BSc Degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Engineering, or related fields
    • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in facility/operations management. School or hospitality experience is an advantage
    • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems
    • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, leadership, and vendor management skills.
    • Proactive problem-solver
    • Software: Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and report writing
    • Must be physically fit for site inspections and available for emergency call-outs
    • Must reside in close proximity to Ejigbo.

    Associate Director

    Requirements

    • Up to 15 years experience and above
    • Demonstrable experience of tax compliance and tax advisory
    • Demonstrable experience of resolving tax audits and investigations matters from start to completion
    • Demonstrable experience of interacting with tax authorities at the highest levels
    • Demonstrable experience of managing a large team of tax consultants in diverse units within the department
    • Experience of international tax including transfer pricing
    • Experience in a top 10 firm, preferably one of the Big 4 firms

    Compliance & Legal Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Compliance and Legal Officer is responsible for ensuring that the organization operational documents is up to date at all times.
    • This role involves monitoring regulatory requirements, filing regulatory statutory report and ensuring all certificates are annually renewed for compliance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance certificates and processes
    • Provide compliance training to staff
    • Monitor regulatory updates and communicate/liaise with regulatory contacts for updates
    • Attend to legal and compliance errands for the organization.
    • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements
    • Act as the point of contact with regulatory bodies and government agencies
    • Ensure timely submission of statutory reports and filings
    • Manage inspections, investigations, and inquiries from regulators
    • Ensure compliance with corporate governance principles and best practices
    • Maintain statutory records and company documentations
    • Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions
    • Draft and update internal procedures for compliance purposes
    • Ensure policies align with compliance and legal and regulatory requirements

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelors’ degree in Industrial & Labour Relations or any similar field from a reputable Institution.
    • 3–4 years of relevant experience in Compliance/Legal roles or similar role.
    • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
    • Must have work in a good organization on similar role.
    • Female preferable age from 27 – 30
    • Must reside around Ojota, Ketu and its environs.

    Clerical Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Clerical Officer to support our daily administrative operations.
    • You’ll handle records, filing, data entry, and general office support to keep the office running smoothly.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain and update physical & electronic filing systems.
    • Handle data entry, typing, and document preparation
    • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
    • Photocopy, scan, and print documents as required
    • Assist with basic bookkeeping: invoices, receipts, expense records
    • Provide general support to other departments
    • Ensure the confidentiality of all company records
    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

    Requirements

    • Excellent typing skills – minimum 35 WPM
    • Strong attention to detail and organization

    • Must reside within Ejigbo or in close proximity.
