    Facility Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Provide a safe and secure working environment for occupants and staff.
    • Keep property-led operations running as smoothly as possible.
    • Ensure buildings operate within a set budget.
    • Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the organization's building.
    • Ensure the company meets legal requirements and health and safety standards.
    • Operate across different department functions, working on both a strategic and operational level.
    • Oversee the maintenance, security, and overall operation of the building or facility.
    • Manage utilities to coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
    • Ensuring the company facilities are in good condition for smooth operations in the office.
    • Perform little repairs such as sockets, extension, wiring, turning the generators on and off, keep record of fuel purchase and usage.
    • Ensuring all equipment, lights, fans and sockets are properly turned off across all departments at the close of business each.
    • Technical knowledge as a field is highly needed in technical services such as electrical systems, ventilation electrical systems and utility efficiency.
    • Air conditioning, and plumbing is an added advantage.
    • Running routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, and supervising facilities contract staff.

    Qualifications

    • OND/HND in Electrical Engineering or Facility Management with electrical knowledge is preferred.
    • Electrical or Facility Management certification is an added advantage.
    • Familiarity with electrical tools and wires.
    • Experience in little repairs e.g. disconnection of wires, fixing of sockets, fuse and general maintenance.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
    • Quick to collaborate and coordinate with team members when necessary
    • Prior experience working with electrical / Maintenance company.
    • Strong Knowledge of safety procedure and electrical wiring is very paramount.
    • Minimum of 2-3yrs experience.

    Storekeeper

    Responsibilities

    • Records and information management of all equipment, tools, machines and materials
    • Quarterly store record presentation to the management
    • Report any requested tools or machines by staff without it being returned.
    • Proper record of requested store items and turn date and time.
    • Keep detailed records to track the movement of products, tools, machines, etc. that are in the store.
    • Ensure the reception, storage, dispatch and daily management of the stock of products marketed by the company.
    • Ensure the conformity of products received and delivered.
    • Ensure the management of inventories: control of the rotation of goods, verification of their availability, procurement from suppliers, tidying, cleaning, and storing inventory.
    • Keep a record of store items, and stock items and maintain an updated supply inventory database.
    • Replenish supply inventories following established guidelines.
    • Ability to perform various tasks to contribute to the organisation's growth.

    Qualifications

    • SSCE/NCE/OND in any field is required.
    • Familiarity with store management.
    • Must be smart and able to read and write.
    • Strong organizational skills and store management.
    • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
    • Quick to collaborate and coordinate with team members when necessary
    • Prior experience working with inventory and record-keeping companies.
    • Strong Knowledge of store-keeping procedures.
    • 2-3 years experience.
    • Gender: Male
    • Age range 35yrs - 50yrs (Elderly person)
    • Proximity to Surulere is important.
