    Experiential Account Manager (Creative Experiential Agency)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead client engagement activities, serving as the primary strategic liaison and ensuring consistent delivery across experiential projects. 
    • Interpret and refine client briefs, transforming them into innovative, insight-driven experiential concepts. 
    • Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, including project execution, operations, design, and digital teams. 
    • Oversee end-to-end execution of experiential campaigns, brand activations, and events, ensuring quality and adherence to client expectations. 
    • Manage project timelines, workflows, and approval cycles, ensuring deliverables are met efficiently and to standard. 
    • Supervise budget development and execution, ensuring all activations remain within financial targets. 
    • Offer on-ground leadership, supervising event teams, promoters, and hostesses to maintain operational excellence. 
    • Ensure strict compliance with brand guidelines, client standards, and experiential best practices. 
    • Monitor and evaluate project performance, guiding the team in preparing comprehensive post-event reports and insights. 
    • Strengthen and grow client relationships, driving retention, upsell opportunities, and long-term partnership value. 
    • Implement internal processes and best practices that enhance efficiency, creativity, and client satisfaction. 
    • Support the social media team in showcasing the company’s brand and client activations.
    • Collaborate with digital teams to amplify experiential campaigns through engaging and timely content.

    Key Requirements:

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related discipline. 
    • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in client service, account management, experiential marketing, or event management. 
    • Previous experience managing corporate clients and multiple concurrent projects is highly desirable. 
    • Experience within an experiential marketing agency is strongly preferred

    Finance Operations Lead – Retail Operations

    • The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting and reconciliation experience, excellent Excel proficiency, and a solid understanding of ERP/POS systems within a retail or FMCG environment. The role requires a hands-on professional with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Review and approve accounting records to ensure accuracy, integrity, and reasonableness.
    • Perform daily reconciliation between ERP and POS systems for regional store collections and escalate discrepancies where necessary.
    • Monitor and control store balances and cash movements.
    • Maintain updated and accurate accounting books in line with company policies and accounting standards.
    • Execute month-end and period-end closing activities within established timelines.
    • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports for regional operations.
    • Conduct cash counts and reviews of store cash reserves, while preparing reports on findings and variances.
    • Collaborate with other departments to prepare reports that strengthen controls and identify operational or financial risks.
    • Ensure timely submission of documentation required for local, state, and national regulatory compliance.
    • Manage the accounting treatment of fixed assets, including acquisition, disposal, depreciation, and reconciliation processes.
    • Issue sales receipts for non-operational income and service-related transactions.
    • Conduct physical verification of fixed assets across retail locations and reconcile records with NetSuite.
    • Maintain proper accounting and tax documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
    • Coordinate team schedules, including vacation planning and departmental coverage.

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
    • Professional certification, such as ACA, ACCA, or ICAN, is mandatory.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ accounting experience, preferably within FMCG or retail operations.
    • Strong experience with month-end/period-end close processes.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
    • Hands-on experience with ERP and POS reconciliation processes.
    • Experience using NetSuite or similar accounting systems is an added advantage.
    • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
