N55,000 to N65,000 monthly.

Job Description

• Clean the drainage system regularly (Everyday)
• Maintain Cleanliness and order in the Staff quarters
• Ensure the safety of the store equipment, consumables and facilities.
• Maintain all maintenance logs appropriately.
• Communicate with all departments regarding work orders and ensure such work is effectively carried out.
• Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
• Process purchase orders and work orders, order supplies and code invoices.
• Control activities like waste disposal and environmental hygiene at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Admin Manager.

Salary
N40,000 monthly.
