Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and discretion.
• Managing the CEO's social media handles.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for board meetings and other key events.
• Coordinate logistics for company events and meetings.
• Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and demonstrate a high level of integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• 2 - 4 years of work experience.
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software to ensure seamless discharge of duties.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Qualifications
