Executive Assistant at Firstfruit Housing

Responsibilities

• Manage the Managing Director/CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule. Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points. Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, proposals, and other business documents. Follow up with department heads and team members on tasks and directives issued by Management.
• Track the progress of key projects, business initiatives, and Executive-approved assignments. Assist in coordinating site visits, project meetings, client meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of confidential and important company documents.
• Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion. Carry out other duties as may be assigned by the Managing Director/CEO.

Qualifications/Requirments

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Estate Management, Law, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
• Experience in the real estate or related industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
