    Executive Assistant

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to support the office of the CEO and our Business Development team.
    • The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our business development initiatives and supporting the team in achieving strategic goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • The role provides comprehensive administrative and business development support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, handling communications, and following up on action items.
    • It also involves researching and contacting prospective clients, crafting sales pitches, and preparing proposals and introduction letters.
    • The position supports project management activities by tracking timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring deliverables are met. It includes maintaining strong client relationships, organizing client meetings, and assisting with contracts and related documentation.
    • Additionally, the role coordinates events such as conferences and business meetings, managing logistics to ensure smooth and successful execution.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 2-5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably within the business development or sales sector.
    • Experience in the manufacturing or defence industry is a plus.
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

    Product Sales Specialist

    Position Overview

    • The Product Sales Specialist is responsible for driving business growth by identifying sales opportunities, developing client relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies.
    • The role combines both direct sales activities and marketing initiatives to promote the company’s products/services, increase revenue, and enhance brand presence.

    Key Responsibities

    • Identify and secure new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Present and pitch Buckler Land Systems’ products/services to prospects.
    • Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and conduct negotiations.
    • Track sales performance, pipeline, and market trends using CRM tools.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, prospects, and competitors.
    • Support the development and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
    • Contribute content for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
    • Assist in strategies that generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
    • Participate in trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 2–4 years of proven experience in sales and/or marketing.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Good understanding of digital marketing and CRM tools.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
