Responsibilities:

• Perform research to gain deep understanding of different requirements and details of each event.
• Plan and organize events in accordance with financial and time restraints.
• Clients’ Negotiation and Management.
• Evaluate, compare and negotiate with different vendors (catering, decorators, sound, musicians, etc.).
• Track overall expenses regularly.
• Carefully supervise event preparation activities.
• Offer solutions to resolve problems promptly.
• Analyze and evaluate event results.
• Create and present reports
• Qualifications:
• 2 years experience as an event coordinator or a similar role.
• B.Sc. in any Social Science or Management Science discipline.
• Experience and understanding of Project Management and Project Management processes is a must.
• Portfolio of successful events executed

Salary:

Industry standard relative to relevant experience

Qualifications and requirements

• A graduate with an academic qualification currently serving in Lagos State.
• No prior experience in Event Management needed but must have keen interest pursing event management as a profession.
• Preferred candidate must be resident in Lagos Island.
• Must have little understanding of project management and its processes.
• Must have the ability to work effectively and communicate with team members.
• Must have good command of spoken English.
• Must be computer literate and proficient in relevant Microsoft packages.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute design solutions for specific events.
• Analyze and plan the framework of design according to the laid out concept and established specifications of events.
• Consult with stakeholders to conceptualize, scope and develop project deliverables and ensure timely delivery of designs.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Client interfacing ability with confidence.
• Knowledge of interactive design including best practices in technology, usability and user experience.
• Must be detail oriented and well organized Qualifications.
• B.Sc/B.A in any discipline with more than 3 years of experience in graphic designing
