Job Description

• Esthetician are responsible for consulting with clients and assessing their needs, making suggestions and explaining services, and eventually performing the treatments.
• An important function in this role is maintaining knowledge of available services and products in order to promote and sell them.

Duties

• An Esthetician’s duties include providing relaxation services like facial massages to clients who want a pampered look or helping them feel better about their appearance by applying carefully selected creams to ensure the health of their patient’s skin.

Responsibilities

• Provide waxing, facials, body treatments and makeup applications.
• Teach makeup lessons.
• Adhere to appointments in a timely manner by monitoring schedule.
• Welcome clients in a warm, friendly manner.
• Accompany clients to and from treatment rooms and thanking them on departure.
• Interview clients to obtain information about contraindications.
• Examine clients skin to evaluate the suitability of treatments.
• Advise clients on skin care.
• Recommend suitable treatments and home care regimens.
• Engage with clients during sessions on topics relating to their interests

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• 3 - 6 years work experience.
• Proven work experience as an Esthetician or similar role.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to develop a plan of action for clients care.
• Ability to make a client feel comfortable
• Deep knowledge of skin care techniques

Salary
N120,000 - N250,000 monthly

Job Description

• A Spa Manager oversees the operations of a spa and manages the various employees who work there.
• Their primary duties may include creating employee schedules, reviewing budgets, overseeing marketing plans and ensuring spa menus are current.

Responsibilities

• Manage outside appointment bookings which include traveling, security, POS systems, equipment storage & maintenance.
• Maintain club cleanliness, manage expenses, maximize profit, and create a positive environment for both members and employees.
• Train all new hires on computer system, POS terminal and operational procedures.
• Maintain inventory and monitor records of all skincare, makeup and gift items.
• Be knowledgeable on the different services offer; facials, massages, hair, tanning.
• Perform facials, hand treatments, foot treatments, anti-aging, chemical peels and microdermabrasion treatments for clients.
• Reinforce all spa staff understands and follows all the company standards at all times.
• Work closely with the wedding chapel and conventions to coordinate wedding parties, bridal events and group reservations in the spa.
• Ensure salon cleanliness according to company policies.
• Develop and administer payroll procedures on a weekly basis.
• Review and revise treatment reservations daily to maximize revenue.
• Supervise administrative functions and ensure all records, payroll and schedules remain up-to-date and file appropriately.
• Assure timely availability of qualified associates through active participation in the salon recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training process.
• Perform Brazilian waxing and eyebrow shaping under 15 minutes.
• Body and facial waxing, eyebrow and eyelash tinting and custom airbrush tanning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
• 3 - 6 years work experience.
• Cosmetology or other spa-related experience.
• Management experience.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.

Salary
N120,000 - N250,000 monthly
