• This is a full-time on-site role for an Estate Surveyor at our Uyo office.
• The Estate Surveyor will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks associated with property management, including landlord/tenant matters, lease administration, lease management, property valuation, and property management.
• The Estate Surveyor will work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective property operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in landlord/tenant matters, lease administration, and lease management
• Strong knowledge of property management principles
• Proficiency in property valuation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Property Development, or related field

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketer.
• The Sales Marketer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as developing and implementing marketing strategies, identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service.
• The role involves working closely with the sales team and other departments to drive sales and meet revenue targets in Uyo - Akwa Ibom.
